Biography: Dr. Yu Rao is a professor and lab director of Gas Turbine Heat Transfer & Cooling at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China. In 2006 he obtained PhD from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics. He published more than 140 technical papers, and more than 10 patents. His research interests remain within the field of gas turbine aerodynamics,  heat transfer and cooling technology; Additive manufactured high performance heat exchangers.
